Sound Transit's Ticket Vending Machine Resolution Guidelines

Sound Transit has a "no refund, no replacement" policy on Link and Sounder tickets.

However, we do have occasional TVM breakdowns that result in, among others, non-issuance of tickets, receipts or change. If this is your situation, fill out the TVM Malfunction Resolution Form and submit any supporting documents [e.g, ticket(s), receipt(s)]. Make copies of the form and any supporting documents for your records.

Normal processing time is up to 10 business days and we will advise you on the status of your request by email or phone. If you don't hear from us after 10 business days, you may email us or call Customer Service at (888) 889-6368.
