Workers in Newcastle are busy installing colored pavers that form the decorative edge of the newly constructed sidewalk along NE 129th Street. The work is part of the Newcastle Transit Improvements project, which includes new bus shelters, traffic improvements and bicycle/pedestrian access enhancements.
