SR-900 Park-and-Ride Arterial Improvements

Description

Sound Transit partnered with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to widen a section of State Route 900 by adding a southbound general purpose lane, a southbound business only lane and a northbound carpool lane.

The project improves transit and high-occupancy vehicle access between I-90 and the Issaquah Park-and-Ride located along SR 900.

Project Timeline:		Preliminary engineering and environmental documentation was completed in October 1999. Final design was completed in January 2003. Construction completed: February 2005.
