Roosevelt Station

Highlights

The underground Roosevelt Station is located just west of 12th Avenue Northeast, across from Roosevelt High School, with entrances at Northeast 65th and 67th streets. The Roosevelt station will serve the surrounding neighborhoods, business district and Roosevelt Square. The Roosevelt community is active in the design process and Sound Transit continues working with neighborhood organizations, businesses and property owners through final design.

Key Features

  • The station platform is approximately 90 feet below ground
  • Two entrances: elevators, escalators and stairs will be provided at south entrance; elevators and stairs at north entrance

  • Two entrances with pedestrian plazas
  • Ticket vending machines
  • Two vent shafts
  • Covered bicycle storage
  • Public art
