2 Line - Lynnwood – Downtown Redmond

Starting on Monday, Sept. 28, at 11 p.m., through Friday, Oct. 2, 2 Line trains will share a track at Mercer Island Station due to construction. Trains will serve the Downtown Redmond-bound side of the platform.

Routes: 2 Line

Passengers traveling toward Downtown Redmond may experience delays of 5–10 minutes.

Announcement Ongoing

From Tuesday, Sept. 8, through Friday, Oct. 2, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, sidewalk revision work will take place at 77th Ave SE near the west entrance to Mercer Island Station.

In effect: Sep. 8 - Oct. 2

Routes: 2 Line

This work will take place outside the west entrance of 77th Ave SE. The sidewalk will be closed to northbound traffic during working hours, including the drop-off/pick-up location.

The sidewalk to the north of this entrance will be closed for the duration of the project, so passengers can only access this entrance from the south.

Pinehurst Station will open at the start of service on Wednesday, Sept. 30.

In effect: Sep. 30 - Oct. 1

Routes: 1 Line & 2 Line

The station will connect communities near NE 130th Street to the 1 and 2 Lines, with trains arriving every 4–5 minutes. Expected to serve approximately 3,400 riders, Pinehurst Station will provide convenient access to community resources, downtown Seattle, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and local bus service.
