e-Bid is Sound Transit's online procurement system. Potential vendors can now register with us online, and receive automatic email notices for contracting opportunities in their area of business. Vendors will be able to view, download or order solicitation documents, submit questions, view bid results and contract award information, as well as network with other vendors and more. In addition to advertising contract opportunities on the agency's Web site, it is also Sound Transit's policy to advertise solicitations over $100,000 in the Daily Journal of Commerce.

OCIP
Sound Transit also utilizes an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP), often referred to as a "wrap-up." It is a single insurance program purchased by Sound Transit to cover project participants on Sound Move Regional Transit Construction Projects. Project participants can include contractors, consultants, and their respective subcontractors. Our OCIP web site is designed to provide Participants with a 24-hour source of OCIP Information, including Administration, Enrollment, Incident Reporting, and Frequently Asked Questions.
