 Tukwila International Blvd. Station and Light Rail GuidewaySound Transit’s contractor, PCL Construction Services, is rapidly finishing civil construction work on the Tukwila segment of the Link light rail line. The Tukwila International Blvd Station at International and Southcenter boulevards (S. 154th Street) will be finished in early February, 2008. Contractors are busy installing the communications and signal equipment and the electric system to power the trains. Temporary construction easements are being restored, and the use of these properties is returning to the owners.
Southcenter Blvd/S 154th Street Road Improvements
Note: Please expect intermittent traffic delays along Southcenter Blvd/S. 154th St of 5 to 15 minutes from May 2008 through November 2008.
Starting in February 2008, Sound Transit’s Southcenter Blvd Station contractor began road modifications and improvements along Southcenter Boulevard in the City of Tukwila, and along South 154th Street in the City of SeaTac.
