• Special needs transportation Web site unveiled (FindARide.org).
• 45 million riders carried system-wide.
• Regional Smart Card equipment installation begins.
• $423 million bond issuance takes advantage of low interest rates.
• Sound Transit Board begins evaluating possible projects for Sound Transit 2, the expansion of the regional transit system.
• Long-range plan Draft EIS public meetings held.
