Economic stimulus

U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood spoke in Seattle on Monday about how investing in transportation creates jobs that boost the economy. Joining him at the Link Light Rail Operations and Maintenance Facility were (front, from left) state transportation secretary and Sound Transit Boardmember Paula Hammond, Sen. Patty Murray, Gov.
