‘Oscillating Field’

Halloween is opening night for a new temporary art installation at the corner of Broadway and Denny in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Artist Dan Corson has created a half-hour loop of moving, changing lighted tubes that will formally debut Saturday at 7 p.m. The installation will then run nightly until mid-November or later, depending on the contractor's need for the site.
