Closure of 236th St SW and detour

Nightly Closure of 236th St SW

From Monday, August 1 to Thursday, August 18, from 11 PM to 5 AM, excluding Fridays and weekends, Sound Transit’s contractor will work at 236th St SW between the on-ramp to I-5 southbound and 59th Pl W for installation of utilities. Buses will be flagged through the closure. Detours will be provided (see map).

  • Installation of utilities will require closure of 236th St SW at the Mountlake Terrace Transit Station

When

  • Closures will take place from Monday, August 1 to Thursday, August 18 from 11 PM – 5 AM, excluding Fridays and weekends

Where

  • 236th St SW between On Ramp to I-5 SB and 59th Pl W (See map for details and detour)
