Nightly closure of northbound I-5 on-ramp on NE 175th St for NE 185th St Baker Tank removal
Starting the evening of Tuesday, July 16, Sound Transit will close the northbound I-5 on-ramp from NE 175th St, near the work zone at NE 185th St. Crews will be removing Baker Tanks on the Sound Transit guideway. This work is part of the Lynnwood Link Extension.
What

Northbound I-5 on-ramp from NE 175th St will be closed (see map).

Crews will work at night to minimize effects on traffic.

Residents should expect construction noise from equipment being operated at night such as a loader, an excavator, a forklift, light plants, and various hand tools.

If there are work delays, we will schedule additional closures and residents will receive a new flyer.

Some bus routes may be affected. Please check the King County Metro website for details.
