Sounder access at the west entrance (East D Street) to the Track 1 platform at Tacoma Dome Station is unavailable until further notice due to safety concerns

Passengers can access the Track 1 platform through the station building along E 25th St. and seek assistance from a station agent, if needed.
In the event of a track change, a station agent will temporarily unlock a chain that is blocking access to the west entrance to the Track 1 platform.
The chain is a temporary solution to help prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering the platform until new retractable vertical posts can be installed for passenger safety and security. Sound Transit is working to produce an alternate temporary solution until the vertical posts are constructed.

Sumner parking closure starts Feb. 19 to make room for garage construction. 190 stalls to be closed.

On Monday, Feb. 19, Sound Transit's contractor will close approximately 190 parking stalls at Sumner Station, to make room for garage construction. We expect the closure to last about two years. At least 110 stalls will always be available, including the 68 stalls in the lot north of Maple Street.

South Bellevue Station expansion joint cover replacement project will take place from Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 20. This work will take place from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM daily.

Beginning 7 a.m. Monday, December 2 through 5 p.m. Friday, December 20, Sound Transit will be replacing expansion joint covers on the South Bellevue Station. This work entails closure of one elevator and stairwell at a time, beginning with the elevator and stairwell at the north end of the platform (Exit A). Once the expansion joints are replaced at the north end of the platform, the work will proceed to the south end of the platform (Exit B).
During the work hours, passengers should use the elevator or stairwell at the other end of the station. The work will occur from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. After 5 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning, the elevator and stairwell will be restored to service OR will remain closed.
