Shoreline North/185th Station will have scheduled maintenance beginning Monday, Dec 9 through early January. The work will take place from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, detours and traffic control will be available for passenger access.

Direct pedestrian access between the passenger drop-off/pick-up are and the plaza near the corner of 8th Ave NE and NE 185th St will be temporarily closed. During these closures, pedestrians can access the station and sidewalk along 8th Ave NE by traveling north of the passenger drop-off/pick-up area.
Phase 2: Dec 12 -13 and 16 -17
Construction of forms for preparation of concrete pour. No additional impact to passengers during this phase.
Pathways between the station, bus bays, paratransit bay, and garage will remain open.

Sounder train
Sounder access at the west entrance (East D Street) to the Track 1 platform at Tacoma Dome Station is unavailable until further notice due to safety concerns

In the event of a track change, a station agent will temporarily unlock a chain that is blocking access to the west entrance to the Track 1 platform.
The chain is a temporary solution to help prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering the platform until new retractable vertical posts can be installed for passenger safety and security. Sound Transit is working to produce an alternate temporary solution until the vertical posts are constructed.

New Variable Messaging Signs will be installed at Sounder S Line Stations beginning Wednesday, Dec 11 through Dec 23. This work will take place from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. on weekdays.

The work will be done in phases. During Phase 1, which may last several months, approximately 40 stalls will remain open in the station’s southwest triangle lot. This includes ADA stalls, motorcycle stalls and pick-up and drop-off stalls will be in this area. (There are also pick-up and drop-off spaces on Traffic Avenue.) During Phase 1, Narrow Street will be closed to through traffic at Maple Ave, and Academy Street will be closed to through traffic at Cherry Street.
We recommend passengers make alternate plans for getting to a Sounder station as detailed in earlier alerts, including driving to Puyallup Station, Bonney Lake Park-and-Ride Lot, walking or bicycling, or applying for a carpool permit. One new option for east Sumner residents to get to the station is the City's Commuter Connector residential loop shuttle that travels between East Sumner and the station.

2. Take elevator up to the street.

South Bellevue Station expansion joint cover replacement project will take place from Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 20. This work will take place from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM daily.
