Night-time work: Thursday, Oct. 4 to Friday, Oct. 5, closure of Northeast 100th Street between 1st Avenue Northeast and 3rd Avenue Northeast

Detour map for 100th Street Northeast closure in Northgate, Oct. 4 and 5.

On Thursday night, Oct. 4th, to Friday morning, Oct. 5th, a portion of Northeast 100th Street will be closed while Sound Transit’s contractor removes falsework from the guideway.

Work hours
  • Begins: Thursday, Oct. 4th, 7 p.m.
  • Ends: Friday, Oct. 5th, 4 a.m.
Traffic impacts
  • Closure of Northeast 100th Street east of the 1st Avenue Northeast intersection to west of 3rd Avenue Northeast intersection (see map).
  • 1st Avenue Northeast will remain open in both directions.

Access to Northgate Mall and Northgate Transit Center will be maintained.

1st Avenue Northeast will have a northbound lane closure with a detouring lane shift to maintain two-way traffic.
