Executive Committee Meeting
The Executive Committee's responsibilities include oversight and review of board rules and structure, agency policies, legislative planning, government relations and communications strategies. Learn more about the committee.
What to expect at the meeting
Members of the public may attend the meetings in a variety of ways including in person, dialing in via touch-tone phone, through their browser, or via the WebEx mobile app.
Meetings start at the scheduled time but may be delayed until a quorum of the members are present.
Viewing the meetings in person
The Executive Committee meeting will be open to the public in the Ruth Fisher Board Room in Union Station located at 401 S Jackson Street. Doors will be unlocked 30 minutes prior to the meeting.
Viewing the meeting virtually
The public may attend the meeting virtually as well through WebEx Events.
The WebEx software requires that you enter a name, email address, and the meeting password. Sound Transit will not verify this information or use it to contact you. The password is automatically entered in the field for you, but if it is missing, please enter the following password: Agency

The video and audio connections will be available during the meeting, scheduled from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on July 7, 2022. Meetings will be recorded and posted to the soundtransit.org website 24-48 hours after the meeting.
Public Comment
The Board is accepting virtual and written public comment on items on the Executive Committee’s agenda and anything else within the Committee’s purview. Individuals who would like to provide live public comment via phone or computer must sign-up in advance.

Individuals who would like to provide live public comment in person must sign up before the meeting outside of the Ruth Fisher Board room.

Comment in writing
Written comments can be submitted electronically via emailtheboard@soundtransit.org. Written comments received up to one hour before the meeting will be provided to Board members electronically during the meeting, comments received after that deadline will be provided to Board members after the meeting.
The content of all comments submitted will be posted to the Sound Transit website following the meeting. Please be aware that if you offer your contact information within your comment, it will be part of the public record and posted along with the rest of your comment.
