Public Hearing on Proposed Link Fare Structure and Rate
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on potential changes to Link Light Rail fare structure and fare rates. Additional information can be found at https://soundtransitfaresandparking.infocommunity.org/#fares.
How to provide comments at the public hearing
Comments can be given either in person at Union Station, located at 401 South Jackson Street, or virtually through WebEx.
If you wish to comment in person, you must sign-up ahead of time on a sign-up sheet outside of the Board room.
If you wish to comment virtually, you will need to sign-up ahead of time through the Board’s comment form linked below
The sign-up window will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:25 a.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023. Sign up requires your name and email address. Commenters will be called on by name in the order they signed up.
Attending the public hearing in person
The public hearing will be open to the public in the Ruth Fisher Board Room in Union Station located at 401 S Jackson Street. Doors will be unlocked 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
To participate in the public hearing via computer or smart phone

The video and audio connections will be available during the hearing, scheduled from 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. on November 16, 2023. The meeting will be recorded and posted to the SoundTransit.org website 24-48 hours after the meeting.
