236th Street SW nighttime closures

Tuesday, July 6, through Thursday, July 8, Sound Transit's contractor will work at night on 236th Street Southwest and the northbound Interstate 5 off-ramp to continue to build the elevated trackway. Detours will be provided (see map). The contractor has obtained a Temporary Noise Variance to complete this work.

When
Nighttime closures and detours will be in effect from 11 p.m. – 5 a.m. Tuesday July 6 – Thursday, July 8.

- 236th Street Southwest – Eastbound closed; I-5 NORTHBOUND off-ramp to 236th Street Southwest – ramp closed (see map).
- 236th Street Southwest – Westbound closed; vehicles must turn left on 56th Avenue West, right onto 244th Street West and continue on to I-5.
