Closure of 212th Street SW for night work

As early as Wednesday, December 9, Sound Transit’s contractor will close a portion of 212th Street SW to deliver and set bridge girders for the Lynnwood Link Light Rail Extension trackway. This work will include large trucks hauling material, and cranes to install the girders. The contractor has obtained a noise variance to complete this work.

Erecting bridge girders (the cross section that goes from column to column to form the trackway).
When
Wednesday, December 9, 10:00 pm – 5:00 am.
Where
Work will take place along 212th St SW, west of 52nd Ave intersection between 54th Ave W and the I-5 overpass. There will be a detour in place (see map).

- Noise blankets will be used where needed to help minimize noise.
