Full closure at NE 145th overcrossing and NB I-5 NE 145th Street exit 175

As early as Tuesday, March 16, Sound Transit will be closing the off-ramp from NB I-5 via exit 175 for girder setting. Additionally, there will be a full closure at the NE 145th overcrossing. This closure is a necessary step for construction of the Lynnwood Link light rail.

What

  • Off-ramp closure at NB I-5 via exit 175
  • Full closure at the NE 145th overcrossing

When

  • Tuesday night, March 16 to Wednesday night, March 17.
  • The off-ramp closes 11:00PM and re-opens at 5:00 AM.

  • East of northbound I-5 to NE 145th Street Off-Ramp (Exit 175)
  • NE 145th overcrossing at NE 145th and 5th Ave.

More

  • Suggested detour route is exiting at NBI-5 exit 176. 
  • Neighbors should expect construction noises. 
  • Drivers will only be able to go southbound on 5th Ave up until the NE 145th on-ramp. Southbound lane will be closed from the NE 145th on-ramp to NE 145th Street.
