HOV ramp closures at Island Crest Way

The Island Crest Way westbound I-90 HOV on-ramp and the Island Crest Way eastbound I-90 HOV off-ramp will be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 13 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Crews will be pouring concrete for curbs and sidewalks at Mercer Island Station. During this closure, drivers can use the 76th Ave. westbound on-ramp and the 77th Ave. eastbound off-ramp.
