HOV ramp closures at Island Crest Way

The Island Crest Way westbound I-90 HOV on-ramp and the eastbound I-90 HOV off-ramp are scheduled to be closed Wednesday, Jan. 22 – Friday, Jan. 24 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Crews will be pouring concrete for curbs and sidewalks at Mercer Island Station.
