The Island Crest Way westbound I-90 HOV on-ramp and the eastbound I-90 HOV off-ramp are scheduled to be closed Monday, March 2 – Friday, March 6 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Crews will be landscaping near Mercer Island Station.
