I-90 HOV ramp closure at Island Crest Way

The Island Crest Way westbound HOV on-ramp will be closed on Monday, Nov. 4 and Tuesday, Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Crews will be pouring concrete for curbs and sidewalks at Mercer Island Station. During this closure, drivers can use the 76th Ave. westbound on-ramp.
