Resume work at NE 195th Street near Pedestrian Bridge

Sound Transit is resuming work at the Northeast 195th pedestrian bridge for light rail construction as early as October 5th, 2020. Crews will be installing underground utilities in the work zone area.
What
- Sound Transit is working at the Northeast 195th pedestrian bridge to install underground utilities on the east side of the pedestrian bridge.
- Pedestrians and bicyclists should be cautious of construction in the area.
- Work consist of heavy equipment.
- Residents should expect noise and vibration from construction.
- Crews will be switching construction work zones during the 8 weeks of work.
- Crews will not be working on both work zones simultaneously.
- Access to driveways will be maintained.
When
As early as October 5th, 2020 for approximately 8 weeks. This work is weather dependent and duration of closure may change.

- Construction is at the east side of the Northeast 195th pedestrian bridge.
- Work zones will be switching numerous times during construction.
