Public involvement opportunities
Kick-off to final design open house
East Link Extension has entered final design, the process that advances design work from approximately 30 percent to 100 percent completion. Final design offers many opportunities for residents, neighborhood organizations, property owners and businesses to get involved. Our first final design public involvement opportunity will be focused on the Bel-Red area, including the 120th and 130th St. stations. Please join us to learn about: station design, permanent station names, concurrent City of Bellevue projects and more.

Bellevue cost savings open house
Sound Transit and the City of Bellevue invite you to review and comment on the proposed East Link Extension Cost Savings Ideas before a final decision is made. Additional information on Cost Savings Ideas will be available including a chance to learn about the SEPA Addendum to the East Link Final Environmental Impact Statement (July 2011). After considering the addendum and input from the community, stakeholders and agencies, the Sound Transit Board of Directors in collaboration with the Bellevue City Council is anticipated to decide in spring of 2013 whether or not to revise the adopted project by including any of the Cost Savings Ideas.
