Underground utility installation at NE 125th St and 3rd Ave NE on the westside of I-5

Beginning Tuesday, April 28th Sound Transit will be working on Northeast 125th Street and 3rd Avenue Northeast on the west side of Interstate 5 to install underground utilities. The road will be reduced to one lane with flaggers directing traffic.
What
- Flaggers will be on site to direct through traffic and help maintain access to driveways.
- Work includes saw cutting, paving, and digging. Activities will cause noise and vibration.
- Vacuum truck will be on-site at night and will cause noises.
- Steel plates will be left in work zone overnight.
- Crews will pave the work area after completion.
When
- Tuesday, April 28th to Friday, May 1st.
- Work hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Work zone will be located at Northeast 125th Street and 3rd Avenue Northeast on the west side of I-5.
