Update: Scoping timeline

Thank you for your patience as we continue to work with our partners at the Federal Transit Administration to revise our scoping timeline. Currently, we do not have an updated scoping start date. Because of this, we have cancelled the Oct. 16 in-person scoping meeting and are working to reschedule. We will hold two scoping meetings during the comment period, one at Union Station and one in Ballard.
