Symphony Station

Sound Transit is upgrading signaling equipment in downtown Seattle stations to improve system reliability.

1 Line trains will arrive every 15 minutes between Lynnwood City Center and Capitol Hill stations, and every 15 minutes between Stadium and Federal Way Downtown stations.

1 Line Shuttle buses will arrive at closed stations every 10-15 minutes. Below are shuttle stops for affected stations:

Capitol Hill
- to Federal Way: Broadway & E Denny Way - Bay 4

Westlake
- to Lynnwood: 3rd Ave & Pine St
- to Federal Way: Pine St & 5th Ave

Symphony
- to Lynnwood: 3rd Ave & Union St
- to Federal Way: 3rd Ave & Union St

Pioneer Square
- to Lynnwood: 3rd Ave & James St
- to Federal Way: 3rd Ave & James St

International District/Chinatown
- to Lynnwood: 4th Ave S & S Jackson St
- to Federal Way: 5th Ave S & S Weller St

Stadium
- to Lynnwood: SODO Busway & S Royal Brougham Way
To ride the 1 Line from 2nd Ave:

1. Passengers can access both platforms from Exit B (2nd Ave & University St).

Passengers requiring elevator service must board at another station.

To ride the 1 Line from 3rd Ave:

1. Go to the King County Metro bus stop at 3rd Ave & Union St.
2. Take northbound route 5 to 3rd Ave & Pine St for Westlake Station.
3. Street level elevators at Westlake Station are located on Pine St between 3rd and 4th Ave.

To exit the station to 2nd Ave:

1. Go to the opposite end of the platform toward Exit B.
2. Take the elevator up to the North Mezzanine.
3. Exit via the pedestrian walkway at Exit B (2nd Ave & University St).
The ONLY vehicles allowed access during the construction will be those using the ADA parking spaces and paratransit bus service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
