Overlake Village Station building demolition beginning next week

Demolition crews plan to begin removing four buildings at the future Overlake Village Station site in Redmond starting as soon as Monday, May 8. Building demolition and removal is expected to take up to four weeks to complete at the site. The demolition crew expects to work Monday through Friday during the day.
Once demolition is complete at the Overlake Village Station site, crews plan to remove four buildings along NE 20th Street at 136th Place NE in Bellevue to accommodate construction staging and guideway construction.
