Before heading into Memorial Day weekend, take a look at the latest progress along the Hilltop Tacoma Link Extension!
As we honor those who lost their lives serving their country, we also want to thank those working on the front lines of this crisis, as well as everyone staying home and limiting their travel to essential trips only.
Tacoma Link is still operating its normal schedule to keep the community connected to vital services. The extension is set to open in 2023!
Construction continues
Working under expanded safety measures due to COVID-19, crews have been able to continue track installation in the Stadium District on N. 1st St. and Division Ave. and in the Hilltop neighborhood on Martin Luther King Jr. Way.
They're also doing underground utility work on MLK Jr. Way and on Commerce Street.

As our region begins to recover, please support essential businesses while social distancing, and continue to shop along the route as more businesses reopen in the coming weeks.
