Lane closures on West Stewart Avenue and North Meridian in Puyallup

Crews working on the Puyallup Station Parking and Access Improvements project will close the eastbound lane on West Stewart Avenue and one southbound lane on North Meridian to construct a right-turn lane onto eastbound West Stewart. Sidewalks and street parking on the southwest corner of the intersection will also be closed. 

The closure will begin on Monday April 25 and run through Wednesday June 15. The lane closures will be in place weekdays from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sidewalks and parking will be closed all day. 

The eastbound lane of West Stewart will be closed between 2nd Street NW and North Meridian. One southbound lane of North Meridian will be closed between 4th Avenue NW to south of West Stewart. Signed detours will be in place. Large trucks, over 40 feet, will be prohibited from turning in the intersection during the closure.
