Crews working for Sound Transit will pour concrete for the West Approach structure's footing located near Lakeside Avenue. This work is part of the seismic retrofit work for the floating bridge to prepare for light rail construction and operation.
Work is anticipated to occur during off-peak hours; Thursday, April 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. During this time, Lakeside Avenue will be reduced to one lane and traffic will alternate directions in the northbound lane. Please follow the direction of signage and flaggers to safely access your destination.
