We want to hear from you! See design updates for Shoreline, Seattle, Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, Bothell and Woodinville. Learn about the project timeline and share your thoughts now through Aug. 23. The open house will be available in Spanish and Simplified Chinese on July 22nd.

What's the latest?

  • Since spring 2019, we have been working on the environmental review and early phase of design.
  • We are continuing to advance the design and currently anticipate starting BRT service in 2024/2025. Service may begin in 2025 due to the complexity of construction. The timeline could also change due to the Sound Transit Board Realignment process.
  • In 2020, we will finish the environmental review and early phase of design through the completion of the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) checklist, and we will continue to advance more detailed designs.
  • In late 2020, the Sound Transit Board will select the project to be built, so the project can advance into final design and construction.
  • The project team will host virtual public meetings as more detailed designs become available throughout 2020–2021.We hope you will join to learn more about the design in your city, ask questions and share your thoughts. Stay tuned for future updates.
