Off-peak daily westbound Island Crest Way HOV on-ramp closures: Oct. 9 - 13

Beginning as early as Monday, Oct. 9 and lasting until Friday, Oct. 13, the westbound Island Crest Way HOV on-ramp will close during off-peak hours. Crews will use this time to demolish portions of the tunnel portal.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Island Crest Way westbound HOV on-ramp is planned to be closed daily, from Monday, Oct. 9 until Friday, Oct. 13, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Drivers will be able to use the 76th Avenue and West Mercer Way westbound on-ramps.
  • Crews will demolition portions of the tunnel portal in preparation for station construction.
  • Crews will work in the existing right of way with traffic control in place. Please follow signed detours and flaggers to safely access your destination.
