POSTPONED 110th Avenue NE pavement restoration in downtown Bellevue

Due to changing weather conditions the scheduled weekend 110th Avenue Northeast pavement restoration have been postponed. We will reschedule this work to a later date. Thank you for your patience.

Beginning on the Saturday, May 2nd, crews will remove and replace roadway at the intersections of 110th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 4th Street & 110th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 2nd Street. To perform this work, it will be necessary to reduce lanes and fully close portions of 110th Avenue Northeast during the weekend.

Weekend closures to restore roadway of 110th Avenue Northeast 

When

Saturday, May 2nd & Sunday, May 3rd - Grind and pave the south half of Northeast 4th Street and 110th Avenue Northeast & 110th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 2nd Street.

Saturday, May 9th & Sunday, May 10th - Grind and pave the north half of Northeast 4th Street and 110th Avenue Northeast

More 

  • Portions of 110th Avenue Northeast will be fully closed and lanes reduced to facilitate road restoration.
  • Local access will be maintained for businesses while work is occurring.
  • Types of equipment are flatbed trucks, aerial lifts, saws, and milling machine.
  • Please follow the direction of flaggers and signed detours to safely access your destination. 
  • Please plan ahead, leave early and allow extra time to reach your destination.
  • Due to inclement weather or unforeseen issues, dates and times are subject to change.
