Rail deliveries previously planned to begin Thursday November 29, have been rescheduled and will now begin Wednesday December 5. Deliveries will occur overnight, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. To safely complete this work, crews will close the eastbound I-90 HOV lane at Rainier Ave.
