Overnight closures of I-90 ramps to Bellevue Way Southeast
What
East Link construction is progressing in south Bellevue and crews need to remove the steel and timber supports that were used to construct sections of the aerial guideway. Sound Transit's contractor plans overnight closures of all ramps from I-90 to Bellevue Way Southeast.
When
Monday, March 25th (Tuesday morning) to Thursday, March 28th (Friday morning). This work is expected to last one to four nights. Due to inclement weather or unforeseen issues, dates and times are subject to change. 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. (East to north HOV ramp, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.)

- All lanes of Bellevue Way Southeast between the Wye at 112th Avenue Southeast and I-90 will remain open.
- Ramps from southbound Bellevue Way Southeast to westbound and eastbound I-90 will remain open.
- No access from I-90 to northbound Bellevue Way Southeast
- The sidewalk on Bellevue Way Southeast in this area is also closed; people biking and walking should seek alternate routes.
- Northbound Bus stops on Bellevue Way Southeast, south of the Wye at 112th Avenue Southeast will be closed and riders will need to use alternate stops located on Bellevue Way Southeast, north of the Wye. All southbound bus stops on Bellevue Way Southeast will remain open.
- Detour from I-90 to Bellevue Way Southeast and 112th Avenue Southeast via I-405 and Southeast 8th.
- Sound Transit's contractor is permitted to work expanded hours in the I-90 corridor and adjacent to Bellevue Way Southeast, including 24-hour work in this area.

Upcoming full closure of westbound I-90 at Bellevue Way Southeast
What
Sound Transit's contractor has completed the first half of the long span bridge over I-90 and crews plan to move the 'traveler crane' in order to complete the remainder of the bridge. In order to safely disassemble and move the crane, crews are planning an overnight full closure of westbound I-90 between I-405 and Bellevue Way Southeast.
When
Monday, April 1st (Tuesday morning) – Tuesday, April 2nd (Wednesday morning). Work is expected to last one or two nights. Ramps will begin to close at 8 p.m. and the full closure of I-90 will last from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. All lanes and ramps are expected to reopen by 5 a.m. Due to inclement weather or unforeseen issues, dates and times are subject to change.

- Ramp closures: I-405 south to I-90 west HOV ramp, I-405 south to I-90 west general purpose ramp, I-405 north to I-90 west HOV ramp; Richards Road and Southeast 32nd to westbound I-90; 142nd Pl. Southeast to westbound I-90 HOV Ramp.
- Lane closures: All lanes of westbound I-90 between I-405 and Bellevue Way Southeast. Ramps from Bellevue Way Southeast to I-90 will remain open.

- Westbound I-90 detour: From I-405 drivers should follow detour signs onto I-405 north. Cars will exit onto Southeast 8th Street and follow detour signs toward Bellevue Way Southeast. Trucks over 10,000 GVW are to use the I-405 to I-5 detour.

Utility work Bellevue Way Southeast and 113th Avenue Southeast
Crews continue making progress on East Link in south Bellevue. In advance of curb and sidewalk installation between 113th Avenue Southeast and 112th Avenue Southeast, crews plan to install catch basins near the intersection of Bellevue Way Southeast and 113th Avenue Southeast.

Utility work near the intersection of Bellevue Way Southeast and 113th Avenue Southeast. This work will affect traffic turning from Bellevue Way Southeast onto 113th Avenue Southeast.
When
Work was expected to last through Friday, March 22, but crews may need additional days to complete the work. Drivers should expect crews in the area on Monday and Tuesday, March 25-26.

Upcoming night work over I-90
Work continues on the cast-in-place long span rail bridge over I-90. Ramp and lane closures will be necessary to safely complete installation of girders and temporary light plants will be used to illuminate the work area.
Monday-Thursday night (Friday morning) 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: Work to construct the long-span bridges over I-90 is expected to continue into mid-2019.
