- Spaces located on Floor P2 are designated with orange numbering and orange columns, and are reserved for transit riders from 6 to 10 a.m. Transit riders can continue parking in available orange stalls after 10 a.m. Parking in non-orange stalls is subject to general garage rules and time limits.
