Overview

The Stride S3 Line will serve the growing north Lake Washington communities between Seattle, Shoreline, and Bothell. Like all Stride lines, buses will run every 10 to 15 minutes, 17+ hours per day. Spanning 14 stations, the corridor runs from the Shoreline South/148th Station at the western end to the S2 Line in Bothell at the eastern end. The S2 Line and S3 Line will connect at the future station at the I-405 and SR 522 interchange, with transit service provided by Sound Transit, Community Transit, and King County Metro. Stride will add parking in Kenmore and Bothell by 2034, and in Lake Forest Park by 2044. The S3 Line fleet will consist of 60-foot articulated battery-electric buses, as shown in the graphic below.
