Link light rail
Beginning Monday, April 14 through Wednesday, April 23, planned maintenance will occur to replace a section of rail south of the International District/Chinatown Station. This work will require a service reduction throughout the system.

Passengers must transfer trains at Westlake and Stadium stations to continue to downtown Seattle stations, where trains will run about every 25-30 minutes. All trains will share the platform to Lynnwood from Westlake to Stadium stations. Please follow in station signage and train signage to ensure that you board the correct train.
A Link shuttle bus will not replace service between these stations. Passengers are encouraged to ride regular King County Metro or ST Express buses through downtown Seattle
Passengers are encouraged to plan ahead for additional travel time.

Capitol Hill Station: Some entrances will be closed both Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6, due to lighting improvements. Although construction will limit access, the station will remain accessible via alternate entrances.

Phase 1: March 24 through April 13 - Trains will be using the Lynnwood platform. Trains will use both platforms and run on scheduled arrival frequencies April 4-6.

No work will be done May 17-18, and during the Memorial Day weekend of May 24-26
Sound Transit is conducting pre-revenue service in anticipation of the 2 Line extension to Downtown Redmond opening May 10.

Int'l Dist/Chinatown Station - Elevators 901 & 902 are unavailable until further notice due to planned maintenance. The elevators at Exit A serving the street (5th Ave S & S Jackson St) are out of service.

1. Continue on 5th Ave S toward S King St.
2. Take the elevator down to the platform.
To exit the station:
1. Go to the opposite end of the platform toward Exit B.
2. Take the elevator up to the street.
SeaTac Airport Station 2nd pedestrian bridge elevator construction begins January 8, 2025.
In effect: Jan. 8, 3:00 a.m.
Routes: 1 Line
During times where pedestrian walkways are blocked and elevator access is unavailable, passengers may catch the Rapid Ride A Line bus from SeaTac Airport Station to Tukwila International Boulevard Station in order to use the 1 Line.
The pedestrian bridge from the station to the airport will be unaffected and available throughout the duration of this project.
Beginning February 10, 2025 half of the passenger pick up/drop off area will be closed, as will some parts of the plaza near the stairs and existing elevator as equipment begins to come in for construction of the new elevator.
Additional information about changes in elevator accessibility will be provided as it comes available.
Shoreline South Garage - Elevator 1 unavailable until further notice.

The elevators are in service at these specified times. Please use alternate elevators when these elevators are not in service.
